Community Well-Being Support Credential

Our Philsophy

Program Purpose and Goals

The Community Well-Being Credential provides a structured learning pathway for building practical, relationship-centered skills that strengthen support networks across families, neighborhoods, and organizations. The program offers open-access training opportunities that help participants respond to challenges and complexity with steadiness, connect others to useful resources, and contribute to environments where people feel understood and supported. The credential recognizes the knowledge and strengths already present in our communities and supports continued growth through shared learning and practice. This program aims to:

  • Establish shared language and approaches for offering support in everyday situations.
  • Strengthen confidence in responding to challenges with care, stability, and awareness.
  • Improve familiarity with local support systems, pathways, and resource navigation.
  • Encourage ongoing practice, reflection, and peer learning that can be applied across roles and settings.
  • Create flexible opportunities for participants to progress at their own pace while deepening community connection and leadership capacity.
